Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly do you respond to a complaint?
We acknowledge receipt within one business day. A full response is provided within the timeframe stated in the “Processing Times” section (up to 10 business days). Urgent complaints are handled first.
Can I submit a complaint without evidence?
Yes, you can. However, such complaints may take longer to review since we will need additional verification. Attaching evidence (screenshots, links, email headers) significantly speeds up the process.
Why don’t you remove the page immediately?
Website content is usually hosted by a third-party provider. Page removal requires cooperation with the site owner and hosting company, as well as compliance with ICANN procedures and registry rules.
What should I do if I received a phishing email from a domain registered with you?
Send your complaint to abuse@alldomains.uz and include the original message with headers. This helps us quickly identify the source and take action.
Where can I report copyright violations?
Send copyright infringement complaints to abuse@alldomains.uz with proof of ownership and links to infringing content. We act according to DMCA and equivalent procedures.
Can I withdraw a submitted complaint?
Yes, the complainant can withdraw a complaint by sending another email stating the reason. Upon withdrawal, the review process will be stopped.
What happens if a domain is confirmed to violate rules?
When a violation is confirmed, AllDomains may restrict DNS services, suspend the domain, or delete it from the registry in accordance with ICANN and registry policies.
How will I know the outcome of my complaint?
You will receive a notification at the email address provided when submitting the complaint. The response will include the actions taken or the status if further steps are required.
Can I file a complaint anonymously?
Yes, we accept anonymous complaints, but if no contact information is provided, we will not be able to update you on the outcome. Anonymous reports are reviewed only if sufficient evidence is provided.
Can I report inaccurate WHOIS data?
Yes. Send an email to abuse@alldomains.uz including the domain name and example of incorrect data. We will verify accuracy under the ICANN WHOIS Accuracy Program Specification.
What should I do if a domain is involved in fraud or customer deception?
Provide a detailed description, website links, and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, receipts, invoices). We will investigate and, if necessary, suspend domain service.
How can I protect my domain from abuse?
We recommend enabling DNSSEC, keeping contact data up to date, using two-factor authentication, and renewing domains promptly. These steps help prevent domain compromise.
